Returns & Refunds
You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
Faulty Items
If the product is faulty or defective, please provide photo or video evidence within 14 days of receiving the item.
Once verified, we will issue an immediate refund or replacement, and you won’t need to return the item.
Items Not as Described or No Longer Wanted
If the item is not faulty but is not as expected or is no longer wanted, you may return it within 14 days of notifying us.
Item must be:
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging
- With proof of purchase
You have 14 more days to return the item after notifying us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
Sale Items
All items, including those on sale, are eligible for refunds if they meet the return conditions.
Ineligible Refund Situations
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Non-returnable products as listed in our Exchange Policy
